Holy Infant Jesus Convent is a convent for about 25 retired Christian nuns aged between 60-90 years old. These retired sisters had dedicated their lives to educating the minds of Malaysian youth all over Malaysia. They are now in their twilight years and it is really a true blessing to be able to spend time  with them.

 

The members of the Inner Wheel Club of Kuala Lumpur had over the past 15 years, being going to the convent on a yearly basic to enjoy the day singing Christmas songs and lunch with the nuns.

 

This year, we had the project on 18th November 2019. Our Honorary Member, Toh Puan Aishah donated generously to buy the basic needs for the nuns and The Club donated 3 very much needed hospital beds for the bed-ridden nuns. Our National Representative Mrs Juanita Lee was there as well. We sang carols and President Sue dressed up as Santarina to bring joy and happiness. Many members donated various kind of foods and desserts to have a delicious lunch with the nuns.  Click here to view photos.
