Chinese New Year Cheer

The Inner Wheel Club of Petaling Jaya organised a Chinese New Year Cheer on 9th Feb 2020 at PJ Caring Home. The Home has 125 residents who are mentally challenged, physically disabled and aged.
The residents were treated to loh sang, chicken rice and cakes. It was so fulfilling to see them enjoying the food and being excited about getting visitors.
Part 2 of the Chinese New Year Cheer was a trip to Ijok to visit a poor family with 3 school-going children. Food stuff and cash gifts were given to cheer them up for the festive season.
