Food donation for flood victims

It has been a difficult time for many Malaysians since the night of 17th December when the flash floods happened and adversely affected their lives. It has been heart-breaking seeing people who lost not just their fixtures and fittings which are part of their lifestyle but also the very roofs over their heads as well.
On 20th December, members of the Inner Wheel Club of Klang (IW Klang) decided to do a worthwhile project for flood victims and cook lunch for 300 people including those who had been placed in Temporary Placement Centers. The ladies felt satisfied and glad that they could feed the needy in this situation with food prepared with their own hands.
The chief cook was President Krisnavani herself who cooked fried rice with the help of club members. Also appreciated are the Rotaract club members who joined hands with IWC Klang and turned this into a successful and worthy project.
