Donation to flood victims
Inner Wheel Club of Butterworth

Members of the Inner Wheel Club of Butterworth gathered together preloved items such as clothes, crockery and cutlery before packing them into labelled recyclable bags and boxes. These were then handed over to the Penang Goodwill Group who had taken the initiative to collect such items from Penang NGOs for distribution to the flood victims in Selangor.
President Santhi Sundara and team worked quickly to ensure that these items were gathered and then handed over to the Group on 30th December 2021. Club members were happy to be part of the relief effort and to end the year with yet another charity project done. President Santhi was appreciative of members’ efforts despite the short notice. She also commended the Goodwill Group’s drive to take on such a project.
