Meeting and Induction of 3 New Members

Inner Wheel Club of Ipoh’s 6th monthly meeting for the term 2021-2022 and the first meeting of the year 2022 was held on Saturday, 15th January 2022 at Datin Gnana's residence at 2.30pm. On the same day, three new members were inducted into the club so the total number of members has risen from 15 to 18 ladies with the addition of Ms.Komathi, Ms.Anne and Ms.Angelene.
President Vasugi Kanniah welcomed the three new members warmly and conveyed her joy at their attendance. They were given a brief history of the club, its members and also the current activities it has undertaken. This was followed by the induction ceremony of the new members and the presentation of their Inner Wheel name pins.
The ceremony ended with a potluck hi-tea and cake-cutting ceremony to celebrate the birthdays for those born in the month of January. Thangamalar Nagarathna whose birthday was on 6th January had a special celebration with her fellow club members. Everyone had a lovely time.
