Onam fellowship

Fellowship events are always popular with Inner Wheel Club members and are always awaited with much anticipation. The Inner Wheel Club of Klang (IWC Klang) had their first fellowship for the term 2022 – 2023 at Club Secretary Datin Dr Sree’s house in conjunction with the club’s Onam Celebrations.
Onam is an annual Indian harvest festival celebrated predominantly by the Hindus of Kerala. A major annual event for Keralites, it is the official festival of the state and includes a spectrum of cultural events.
IWC Klang’s members were indulged with delicious Kerala traditional home-cooked cuisine served on banana leaves. The ladies enjoyed the Onam Celebration with some of them dressing up in the ubiquitous cream coloured handloom sarees to enhance the festive air of the gathering.
