Members of Kelab Inner Wheel Johor Bahru held their monthly Meeting on Sunday 11th September 2022 at President Natassha’s home. The Meeting was called to order by Secretary Seema followed by the lighting of candle and the recitation of the Friendship Poem by VP Amy.
The Meeting started with Exco members presenting their monthly reports.
There was a follow up session by President Natassha with each member on the suggestion of new projects. Members were encouraged to submit detailed project proposals with clear start to finish timeline. The dates were announced for a few interesting projects which will be taking place in the coming months.
The installation accounts were presented by Treasurer Nalini and passed by all members.
This was followed by a post mortem session of the Installatin Night held on 27 August 2022. It started with President Natassha thanking Charter President Sumathi for all her encouragement and guidance to build a strong foundation for the Club, also for the support for the success of the second installation. All the members were congratulated for their contributions towards the successful installation night.
Members were encouraged to brainstorm all the pointers on what worked and what did not at the installation night by President Natassha. As this was the first installation held publicly, Charter President Sumathi and President Natassha felt this discussion was important and useful for future installations.
There were a few new members who joined the fellowship. They felt welcomed and enjoyed the culture of the Club. They expressed their interest in Inner Wheel and were excited to explore the opportunities they could experience through the Club. The fellowship ended with a delicious spread of food and a photography session.
