The 14th installation of the President of the Inner Wheel Club of Penang held at the Penang Club on 17th September 2022 was a fun and memorable event. The presence and support from eight other sister clubs from District 330 made it all the more joyous and the friendly camaraderie was typical of Inner Wheel sisterhood.
The spirit of sportsmanship during the games was a welcome revival of good times after two years of COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. The megawatt smiles of winners for Alien Dance, Quizzes and Best-Dress awards were very rewarding for the organising team.
The young and talented Natalie brought the house down when she serenaded with a Chinese song “The moon represents my heart.” She earned yet another big round of applause for her amazing vocal range with the famous Whitney Houston number “I will always love you”.
President Arvind in her speech expressed her gratitude to her committee members past and present for their service to the club. She also praised members of the organising team for their dedication and graciously thanked all guests for their presence.
