Christmas cheer

The Inner Wheel Club of Petaling Jaya (IWC PJ) held a Christmas Cheer on 4th Dec 2022 at the Assumption Family House, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, to cheer up 10 poor single mothers. These mothers were identified by Ms Rita from The National Society of St. Vincent De Paul.
President Navarani Veithilingam and members were happy to present purchasing vouchers worth RM 150 together with a cash gift of RM 50 to each of these 10 single mothers to bring some relief for expenses during this Christmas season.
The vouchers are valid for purchasing essential items such as rice, milk and cooking oil at Giant Supermarket and the cash would be handy to purchase clothes or kitchen utensils.
IWC PJ takes pride in reaching out to the needy, especially marginalised single mothers with families.
