Visit To The CNW Factory – Chocolates Galore

What melts in your mouth, and is ooey, gooey, sweet and creamy? Yes, it’s chocolate. Chocolate is an all-time favourite for many, a stress reliever and a most delightful dessert. When members heard about the ChocenWrapper (CNW) Chocolate House located in their own backyard, a phone call was quickly made to the management and a visit was arranged on the morning of 7 May 2023.
The visit to this Chocolate House certainly did not disappoint. Members were greeted warmly by Hasif, one of the officers there, and ushered into a meeting room where Hasif gave the preliminary introductions before playing a video on the history and profile of this Company. Following this, the members were introduced to Mrs. Aishah Azizan, the Managing Director, who took the members through the journey of how chocolate is made, starting right from the processing of quality cocoa beans to the production of dark, milk and white chocolate compound. She further explained that the aim of CNW is to be recognised as a tourist destination where visitors could learn to make their own chocolate via the DIY package and also purchase a variety of chocolate products, from Chocotab Mix, Chocolate Praline, Chocolate Panning, Chocolate Bar and Assorted Chocolates. This Company can also customise chocolates according to customer request besides preparing door gifts for functions, like birthdays and weddings.
No visit can be complete without a taste of the products on offer and members enjoyed the delicious chocolate samples offered to them, all of which were downed with their own brand of the Hot Chocolate drink.
Some time was then spent at the Sales Room and all members went home with a very happy chocolatey feeling.
