Inner Wheel Club of Taiping (IWCT), brought Mother’s Day cheer by visiting another single mother, Mrs Kalai Selvi with 3 school going children. She holds two jobs to support her family.
IWCT’s members have been helping this family for the last 3 years. Club Treasurer and Project-lead Harbhajan Kaur, accompanied by President Harvinder Kaur, and G. Pushpa visited the family on 21st May 2023.
The club donated groceries of rice, cooking oil, noodles and a cash donation. The family was delighted and grateful for the visit and donations received.
Members of the club were pleased with another meaningful project achieved. IWCT will continue to work wonders and bring cheer and aid to the underprivileged.
