1st meeting for term 2023-2024

It was a lovely Sunday evening for IWCJB as members welcomed the new term with President Amy at the helm this time. The meeting was hosted by Vice President Seema at Chakra Restaurant with a scrumptious spread of food.
The recital of the friendship poem was followed by President Amy’s welcome address. She gave her introduction speech by reminding everyone to keep in mind the motto “Shine a light”, laid out her plans for the year and reminded the committee and members of their responsibility to the Club. She also briefed everybody about following the protocol and suggested ideas during fellowship within the Club. President Amy's speech welcomed a new beginning and uplifted the Club members for the coming new term.
She also expressed her gratitude to Charter President Sumathi for guiding and educating her throughout her journey. She was thankful to President Sumathi for forming the Inner Wheel Club of Johor Bahru.
The meeting ended with a vote of thanks from the gracious hostess, Vice President Seema.
During the fellowship, members celebrating their birthdays in June and July cut a cake and this was followed by photo-taking sessions.
