Fundraising for Neonatal Intensive Care University Hospital
On 26 January 2024 (Friday) IWCKL held a Bazaar sale at the University Hospital, selling baby clothes and brooches. This is to raise funds for the NICU.
President Rani, PP Foong, PP Lyn, Puan Sri Nora, ISO Rajess, See Keoh and Lynda, were there to man the booth and oversee the sales. IWCKL Honorary Member, Toh Puan Dato Seri Hjh Dr Aishah Ong, was there to support the Project and generously donated funds to the Welfare Department of University Hospital for their welfare usage.
IWCKL also presented a small memento to Puan Fatimang Head of Welfare Department PPUM. All the sale proceeds will be donated to the NICU. In parallel with the hard work of the IWCKL ladies in selling the children clothes and brooches, they had also enjoyed a huge sense of fellowship. They were happy to make a positive impact on those in need, in step with the Inner Wheel Circle’s current theme of “Shine a Light”.
