A Visit To Agape Home
On March 29, 2024, three members of the IWC of Penang, including President Daljit, IPP Arvind Das, and Khaswinder, visited Agape Home Penang situated at Lorong Delima 9, Island Glades, Penang. The facility offers accommodation for individuals with various disabilities such as mental disabilities, autism, Down syndrome, slow learners, and other conditions. Aligned with the theme “Shine the Light,” IWC Penang once again demonstrated its support by making a cash donation to the centre. President Daljit presented a cash donation amounting to RM3112, sourced from the club’s funds, contributions from individual club members, and friends. Observing the challenges faced by the individuals and volunteers at the centre deeply affected the visiting members. Following the visit, President Daljit reminded all members to appreciate their blessings and expressed hope that the needs of these individuals would be met to facilitate their progress.
