Induction and welcome to new member, Shanti
The first Executive Committee Meeting for the term 2024-2025 was held on 21st July, 2024 at Perak Malayalee Association (PMA) at 2.40pm, followed by the first monthly meeting at 3.25pm. President, Anne Shamini lighted the candle and recited the Candle of Friendship poem. President Anne discussed some of her planned projects for her term. Members agreed and strived forward by setting tentative dates for the projects and fellowship activities.
During the meeting a new member, Ms Shanti a/p Munusamy was inducted by the club President. President Anne presented a bouquet of flowers to Ms Shanti and there was a photo session with all the members.
The meeting ended around 5.00pm.
Members continued to enjoy the time of friendship and fellowship with hi-tea, celebrating birthdays and wedding anniversaries of club members in the current month. A word of thanks to President Anne for hosting the meeting.
