Fellowship And Festivities With The Rotary Club Of Alor Setar


On August 30th, 10 members of the Inner Wheel Club of Alor Setar (IWC AS) joined in the celebration of the 61st Installation Ceremony of the Rotary Club of Alor Setar, highlighting the strong bond between both clubs, united by shared values and a mutual dedication to service. Themed “Magic in Rotary,” the evening was well organized, with Yang Berbahagia Dato Paduka Ammar as the Guest of Honour and District Governor 3300, Arvind, in attendance.

The event was marked by a lively atmosphere, where guests enjoyed an 8-course dinner, while being serenaded by a wonderful mix of music, song, and dance, embodying a spirit of fellowship and celebration.

The festivities continued beyond the official ceremony, as the date also coincided with the birthday of Secretary Padmini. Members gathered at a nearby karaoke lounge to keep the party going, singing with joy and making it a truly unforgettable night!

Reflecting on the celebration, Padmini shared, “I couldn’t have asked for a more memorable birthday”.
