IIW President Mamta Gupta’s Visit with IWC JB
It was a true honor for IWCJB to meet the esteemed IIW President, Mamta Gupta, in person. Our conversation with President Gupta was both inspiring and enlightening. Her humility, warmth, and generosity in sharing her invaluable 20+ years of experience in Inner Wheel left a lasting impact on all of us.
Over a delightful hi-tea at DoubleTree Melaka, we had the privilege of hearing President Gupta articulate her vision for a brighter future, particularly through her transformative initiative on adoption and foster care in India. Her ambitious goal of creating an “Orphan & Orphanage Free India by 2024” is a testament to her dedication to uplifting lives, and her unwavering commitment to this cause is truly commendable.
The day was made even more memorable as we had the opportunity to show President Gupta the historic town of Melaka, a place rich in culture and heritage. It was a day filled with meaningful conversations, laughter, and, most importantly, the strengthening of lasting friendship.
