Collaborative Community Health Outreach at Kampung Orang Asli Hulu Kuang


Kelab Inner Wheel Parklands, in collaboration with Persatuan Pakar Perubatan Keluarga Selangor (FMSA), Pejabat Kesihatan Daerah Gombak, Hospital Orang Asli Gombak, and the Malaysia Medical Association (MMA) CPR Committee & Committee for the Health of the Older Person, organized a community outreach programme at Dewan Orang Ramai dan Padang Kampung Orang Asli Hulu Kuang.

Activities conducted included public demonstrations of CPR with AED usage and choking first aid, as well as the distribution of goody bags containing towels, milk powder, vitamin C, and face masks.

Members of Kelab Inner Wheel Parklands also demonstrated how to prepare healthy oats with a variety of flavours, encouraging the public to adopt nutritious eating habits at home. In addition, medical and hygiene kits were donated to a representative of Kampung Orang Asli Kuang.
