AGM of IWC Butterworth 2025/2026
The Sixth annual AGM meeting of the Inner Wheel Club of Butterworth was held on Saturday, 26th July, 2025 in Kulim. This is the club’s first meeting of the new Inner Wheel term of 2025/2026. Club member Parameswari, arranged the venue in Kulim, on Saturday, 26th July at 3pm at a well wisher’s conference facility.
On a scorching afternoon heat and the heavy weekend traffic, members of the Inner Club of Butterworth attended their sixth Annual General Meeting.
Outgoing President Shanthi Shanmugam conducted the meeting which adhered to all Inner Wheel protocols and Registrar of Society’s regulations.
This was followed by the handover ceremony to usher in President Dr Lalitha Ramasamy and her team. Dr Lalitha in her maiden speech shared her vision of embracing the new Inner Wheel Presidential theme of ‘Step Up & Lead by Example’.
Two new members introduced by the brand new President, Puan Rabikha and Puan Errna handed in their membership forms. A potential member Ms Revathy was introduced by Dr Jayashri Nerali.
The ladies then adjourned for afternoon tea and fellowship. There is much anticipation about the Club’s upcoming official installation of the new President and her Committee.
