Sustained Support: IWC KL North Concludes Fourth Round of Rice Donations to PJ Caring Home
The Inner Wheel Club of KL North is proud to announce the successful conclusion of our latest aid project for the PJ Caring Home. On August 14th, a team of four dedicated members made the final delivery of a total of 60 bags of rice, each weighing 10 kg, to the home.
This recent delivery marks the fourth round of contributions to the home, which provides a supportive environment for 70 residents, comprising 30 women and 40 men with mental challenges and elderly individuals. The initiative began when the home requested a total of 50 bags of rice to meet their needs. Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our members, we successfully exceeded that target, raising enough funds to contribute a total of 60 bags.
This sustained support over four separate visits is a testament to the ongoing commitment of IWC KL North. Our dedication ensures that vital necessities, like a stable supply of food, are provided to those who need it most. The project will now conclude, but the bond of care and support remains strong should the home require assistance again and should the club decide to raise funds for this worthy cause.
The Inner Wheel Club of KL North is delighted to have provided this essential aid to PJ Caring Home and extends its sincere gratitude to all members who contributed to the success of this meaningful and impactful project.
