Celebrating 15 years of service and building brighter communities


A remarkable milestone was celebrated as the Inner Wheel Club of Selangor (IWCS) marked its 15th Anniversary and Fundraising Event on 15 November 2025 at the charming Restaurant Rebung by Dato’ Chef Ismail in Kuala Lumpur. Members, guests, partners and supporters gathered to commemorate fifteen years of friendship, service and meaningful community work.

The celebration was thoughtfully organised by Organising Chairman Rakhee Sawlani and her dedicated team, while Deputy NR Shamini Nair gracefully hosted the afternoon as Emcee. The gathering reflected the strong spirit of sisterhood within the Inner Wheel community and appreciation was extended to guests who took time to support the club’s charitable initiatives.

Guests enjoyed a delightful spread of traditional cuisine, lively entertainment by Wild Roses, and the excitement of lucky draw prizes, creating a joyful atmosphere of fellowship and celebration.

During the occasion, President Santha K Jeevamany expressed heartfelt gratitude to fellow Inner Wheel clubs, sponsors, partners and supporters for their continued support of IWCS initiatives over the years and making this celebration possible . She highlighted the club’s ongoing commitment to community service and its connection to global humanitarian causes through International Inner Wheel.

The event also reaffirmed IWCS support for the “Orange the World” campaign, advocating the end of violence against women and girls.

As IWCS steps into its next chapter, the club continues its journey guided by friendship, compassion and service to the community..
