Learning, laughter & lasting bonds



It was truly a fulfilling day for IWC AS. Our gathering on 7 February 2026 was packed with meaningful moments, warm fellowship, and milestones worth a page in any website.

The day began with a Training & Refresher Session for new and existing members, covering all things Inner Wheel - our values, Constitution, Finance, and RoS matters delivered by Padmini and Nesa. To keep things lively, a fun quiz followed to test members’ understanding. Congratulations to Musharraf, Ishka, and Tunku Munirah, who emerged as the quiz winners.

One of the most touching highlights of the day was the formal induction of new members - Musharraf, Shahrul Niza, Shanti, Zarina, and Helen, each receiving their Inner Wheel badge and a pink rose, a symbol of friendship and service. Malizah, Manvender, Normadiah, and Jashithra were also inducted in absentia and are very much part of IWC AS.

Adding sweetness to the day, the birthdays of November, December, and January babies—Shahrul Niza, Solai, Tunku Munirah, Ishka, Meg, and Ruby, were celebrated with joyful cake cutting.

After a brief and productive discussion on plans for the remainder of the term, members enjoyed a sumptuous lunch at a nearby restaurant. Siti from the Mayor’s Office joined us and in appreciation of her invaluable support during IWC AS’ OTW event, a Certificate of Appreciation was presented to her.

All in all, it was a superb day - rich in knowledge, celebration, gratitude, and the spirit of Inner Wheel friendship. Here’s to many more meaningful moments together!
