Club’s Chinese New Year project

Members of the Executive Committee of Inner Wheel Club of Butterworth gathered at Ye Ran Jing Sheh Handicapped Centre at 3.00 pm on Sunday, 8th March 2026, to complete the Club’s Chinese New Year community service project.

In the spirit of compassion and service, club members contributed generously towards the donation of 17 tins of Ensure Gold vanilla-flavoured milk powder (800 g each) for the residents of the centre, many of whom are only able to ingest liquid nutrition. The contribution aims to support the daily dietary needs of the inmates and bring some comfort during the festive season.

The club was represented by President Dr Lalitha Ramasamy, Vice President Jayalatha Gopalankutty, Secretary Molly Anne Morris, Assistant Secretary Wong Vi Vian, and Committee Member Sellam Murugiah.

This meaningful initiative has become an annual Chinese New Year project for the club, reflecting its continued commitment to serving the community and uplifting those in need.
