Honoured Again: IWC AS Receives Grant From Sultanah Bahiyah Foundation (YSB)


IWC AS is truly honoured to be a recipient of the Sultanah Bahiyah Foundation (YSB) Grant for the eighth time running - a continued vote of confidence that means so much to Club.

The YSB Grant plays a vital role in supporting community-driven efforts, helping to uplift lives, empower women and families, and create meaningful change in the state of Kedah.

Set against the elegant backdrop of Taman Jubli in Alor Setar, and coinciding with the Karnival Amal Hari Penyayang 2026, this year’s presentation ceremony was a blend of elegance and celebration. The evening was graced by distinguished guests and members of both the Kedah and Perak Royal families.

Representing IWC AS, President Ishka had the honour of receiving the award from YTM Tunku Temenggong Kedah, Tunku Puteri Intan Safinaz Binti Almarhum Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah.

The evening then continued with a warm and relaxed tea reception, complete with entertainment, availing an opportunity to connect, reflect, and celebrate with other recipients and guests.
