United in the spirit of Hari Merdeka and Hari Malaysia 2026.

On 15 September 2026, Tuesday, at 7.45am, members of Inner Wheel Club of Apsaras attended the Hari Kemerdekaan and Hari Malaysia celebration at SK Taman Rasah Jaya, embracing the spririt of unity and patriotism.

Apsaras members were warmly welcomed by the Headmistress, Pn Sakinah Saupi, and the teachers. A big thank you to our ISO Surekah Nair (Senior Administrative Assistant) for her wonderful proposal and for taking the initiative to make the arrangements for the event on behalf of our IW Club. Your effort, dedication and thoughtfulness were truly appreciated.

The school was beautifully decked out with Malaysian flags of different sizes, creating a strong patriotic atmosphere. There were pupils who proudly showcased their creativity through uniquely decorated hats, featuring Malaysian flags, national symbols and colourful patriotic elements.

As part of Apsara’s support, the club contributed cash towards the purchase of prizes for winners of the various competitions held in conjunction with the celebration. IPP Premala Devi was invited to present the prizes to the winners.

The celebration continued with Apsaras members, teachers and students waving hand-held Jalur Gemilang while singing along to patriotic songs in unity.

It was a wonderful and meaningful celebration that brought everyone together in the spirit of patriotism, unity and love for Malaysia. IWC Apsaras is proud to stand together with SK Taman Rasah Jaya in celebrating Malaysia’s spirit of independence and togetherness.

One Nation. One Spirit. One Malaysia.
