Greetings from beautiful Malaysia

I am Shanti Menon, the Organising Chairman for the 4th South Asia Rally 2017.

I take this opportunity to welcome all of you to our beautiful country. We are indeed blessed and honoured that we are able to host the 4th SAR in our country.

SAR is basically a friendship rally mooted by India about 10 years ago. It gives us an opportunity to meet and touch base with Inner Wheel ladies all over South Asia and other countries as well.

A little bit about Malaysia — We enjoy sun and rain throughout the year and are a melting pot of various races and ethnicity, age old traditions and rituals as well as different kinds of delicacies to tease your palate. While we have beautiful beaches, amazing reserve forests and enchanting flora and fauna, we also boast of internationally acclaimed iconic landmarks, historic places of worship and fascinating shopping malls.

We hope to give you a good time at the 4th South Asia Rally. May you enjoy some sisterhood and most of all be treated to our typical Malaysian hospitality.
