Hi-tea gathering with northen region Inner Wheel Clubs

Inner Wheel District 330 was delighted to welcome our vibrant members from Inner Wheel Clubs in Ipoh and the Northern Region (8 clubs) to have a fantastic afternoon of fellowship with International Inner Wheel President Mamta Gupta on the 7th March 2025 from 2:30 to 5:.30 pm. The celebration with a Hi-Tea in her honour was at Weil Hotel Ipoh. About seventy dedicated Inner Wheel ladies attended this fabulous event. The emcee for the entire event was International Inner Wheel Webmaster, Cheng Yeok San.
The youngest member in the function was a sweet twenty-seven years young lady from the Inner Wheel Club of Ioras Ipoh, Dr Kiren Kaur and the eldest was none other than 92 years old Datin Gnana Rajah from the oldest club District 330, the forty-eight-year-old Inner Wheel Club of Ipoh. The members enjoyed the programmes during the Hi-Tea. It was claps and shouts of joy, watching our own creative, energetic, active Inner Wheel Club of Taiping members performed a superb Malaysian cultural dance called Joget Pahang dedicated to our IIW President. District 330 Chairman Vimala Thayaman Pillai thanked President Vijayalaxmi Kandasamy for organising the beautiful dance at the Chairman’s request.
The IIW President congratulated District 330 Chairman Vimala for her dynamic, talented, multitasking leadership. Moreover, she was really impressed with all the projects organised by the members of the clubs. The president’s love for her members at the great time of meet and greet revealed the bonds of friendship that is always remembered and never forgotten. A Heartbeat of Humanity!
