A Song Dynasty experience at Dai Jin Dining

Specially organised by International Board Director Juanita Lee, President Mamta was whisked to a unique dining place about half hour by car from Kuala Lumpur. The dining experience was designed to capture the grace of the Song Dynasty of China.

On arrival President Mamta knocked three times with a huge iron ring on the grand wooden door. A guardsman ceremonially opened it, which started her journey.

The experience commenced with a walk through a serene flowing river, cleansing and rejuvenating. As she walked out of the river she put on the traditional wooden clogs.

Continuing along a cobblestone path with greenery on both sides, she was escorted to a terrace. There she was offered to savour a cup of warm oolong tea. The journey than continued to a gazebo where she could make a wish as she spun the golden prayer wheels for blessings.

She was than led to the pavilion for an Omakase lunch.

President Mamta’s visit was a testament of her commitment to friendship and service, international understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity.

Her visit left a lasting impression for members of District 330, solidifying International Inner Wheel’s mission to empower and connect women worldwide.
