Kickstart Orange The World Activity


Seven members of IWC Butterworth, led by President Dr. Lalitha Ramasamy, gathered at the scenic Robina Eco Park in Butterworth at 7.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 25th November 2025, to kick-start the club’s Orange the World (OTW) activities in support of International Inner Wheel’s advocacy against Violence Against Women and Children.

This initiative also aligns with IWC Butterworth’s commitment as a strategic partner of the Penang State Government’s Penang Goes Orange (PGO) campaign.

Members, dressed in Inner Wheel District 330’s specially designed OTW T-shirts, posed for photographs and collected signatures from members of the public, some of whom showed interest in joining Inner Wheel.

The morning concluded with a delightful breakfast at a popular café. It was an enjoyable and meaningful start to an annual programme the club has proudly championed for the past five years.
